Highlights

  • By using a custom-built industrial robot (additional sealing measures) we can meet the highest requirements of both maximum positioning accuracy and flexibility.
  • The flexible robot deburring cell has been developed for deburring and cleaning of parts with a technologically complex geometry such as deep bore overlaps and blind bores.
  • Several robot brands e.g. Kuka, Stäubli or ABB
  • To clean different parts, a grabber changing system can be integrated.
  • Manual charging or automatic charging with robot device.
  • Depending on version and facilities the REZ can be used for pre or final cleaning as well as deburring only.
  • Multistage system for cleaning, high-pressure water jet and hot air drying available
  • Injection flood cleaning system and deburring with several water tools.
