The currently largest Multi Washing System MWS from Silberhorn fundamentally redefines the concept of efficiency in parts cleaning. The system has a choice of 2, 3 or 4 tanks for different cleaning liquids. With this and in combination with the new 8-fold swivel register, the machine achieves excellent results in terms of parts purity.
And on a large scale, because the Silberhorn MWS 6 accepts components in XL format as well as small bulk material in large quantities – up to a maximum of 300 kg per pass. For even more throughput, several systems can even be set up in series and interlinked if required.
However, the new development is not only efficient in terms of throughput and the divider unit. We have equipped it with such innovative technology that it is also at the forefront in terms of sustainability. To enable you to scale up your parts cleaning throughput as required, we have designed the Silberhorn MWS 6 to be suitable for use in rows. The front dimension of the machines is always 2,150 mm – regardless of whether they are in the 2-, 3- or 4-tank version. This allows you to set up the machines in a compact and space-saving way in a row and link them together, regardless of the version. Later extensions are possible at any time.
The MWS is equipped with the latest Human Machine Interface. The operating panel with touch function guides the machine operator systematically and intuitively through all control, process monitoring and program functions. The MWS is also Industry 4.0-ready out of the box.
All machine components that require regular maintenance are easily accessible: including tanks, oil separators, filters, etc.
The MWS features many innovative technologies for maximum sustainability as standard.
Spray cleaning: with high kinetic energy; ideal for less complex components and standard cleanliness requirements.
Pressure flood washing: the right choice for full wash trays and complex components. Achieves excellent results.
Scoop flood washing: optimised for components with complex internal geometries and high cleaning requirements. The cleaning fluid goes in and out of the components at each turn. Contaminants are rinsed away.
Ultrasonic cleaning: the ultrasonic waves, which vibrate in two frequency ranges (25 kHz or 40 kHz), support the entire cleaning spectrum, from pre-cleaning to precision cleaning.
