At Silberhorn, we clean exclusively on an aqueous basis. To do this, water is usually mixed with neutral detergent and sprayed onto the components under pressure. The soiled cleaning fluid is then filtered - either through coarse sieves or bag filters - and returned to the tank. This is because filtration allows the cleaning fluid to be used several times.
But we go one better!
At Silberhorn, the liquids can be further treated by bypass filtration in the systems by continuously cleaning them. To do this, the cleaning liquid is channelled directly from the tank to the filtration system - this is possible when the tank or the liquid in the tank is not currently being cleaned.
- This process starts automatically and can be set in the programme. Manual intervention is possible, but not absolutely necessary.
- Bypass filtration is available for all tanks in the Silberhorn MWS.
- As the liquid flows through the filter several times, dirt particles are separated much better than with process filtration.
- The cleaning fluid can therefore be used for longer, which saves energy and disposal costs. The availability of the system also increases.
- The achievable cleanliness of the components is increased
- Deposits and dirt pockets in the tank are significantly reduced and cleaning the Tank is easier.
And best of all: with the Silberhorn MWS, bypass filtration for ALL tanks is already included as standard at no extra cost!
