The cleanliness requirements for high-tech components are increasing. To ensure the right quality, 100 percent of the impurities generated in the manufacturing process must be removed. The keyword here is high-purity cleaning. The supreme discipline of industrial parts cleaning is becoming increasingly important and is at the top of the agenda at this year's Parts2Clean in Stuttgart. As an innovative supplier, Maschinenbau Silberhorn will be exhibiting the new Silberhorn MWS with EMC package there from September 26 to 28, 2023 – in Hall 10, Booth A28.
High Purity sounds like very high effort, special developments and expensive cleaning technologies. The parts cleaning experts from Silberhorn Maschinenbau will be demonstrating at this year's Parts2Clean that there is another way. The Bavarians are coming to Stuttgart with the new Silberhorn MWS, which is in line with the top theme of the trade fair. The revolutionary Multi Washing System (MWS) will thus be presented to a large audience at one of the most important trade fairs after its in-house premiere in 2022.
What's special about the MWS? The single-chamber cleaning system is manufactured highly efficiently in series, is usually available within a few weeks - and, in keeping with the motto "Plug & Clean", is already fully assembled. On top of that, the Silberhorn MWS is so compact that it easily fits into any overseas container. This saves transport costs and ensures fast and thus cost-effective commissioning.
The modular design of the Silberhorn MWS is also exceptional. The innovative cleaning system is available as a 1-, 2- or 3-tank system and can be perfectly adapted to individual cleaning requirements thanks to numerous options. An example of this is the optional EMC package (Electrical & Medical Cleaning). This high-purity option is aimed at users who are looking for a cleaning solution that is as thorough as it is economical for parts with particulate or filmic buildup.
Technological highlights in the EMC package
- Conductivity monitoring by sensor
To be on the safe side in terms of cleanliness, a sensor checks the rinsing water quality by detecting the electrical conductivity in the corresponding tank. If a previously defined threshold value is exceeded, the MWS automatically sounds an alarm and recommends treatment of the cleaning liquid.
- Electropolished surfaces
In the EMC version, the surfaces of the washing chamber are made of electropolished stainless steel. This is particularly important for applications in medical technology, because electropolishing massively reduces the germ adhesion of the cleaned parts.
- Discarding rinsing
For rinsing after the cleaning process, not the medium in the tanks is used, but an external, factory-generated medium. This flows into the EMC chamber via a separate feed line. In this way, the MWS meets even the highest cleanliness requirements. At the same time, the service life of the cleaning liquids is significantly increased.
- Preparation of the cleaning liquid
In addition to the EMC package, Silberhorn offers the use of activated carbon and ion exchangers for bath treatment. This improves the quality of the cleaning fluid even further and users achieve a constantly high, permanently first-class cleaning quality of their components. The cleaning fluid can be used for longer - which saves money.
The trade show appearance: unique and compact
A parts cleaning system designed from A to Z for different requirements from standard to high purity that fits easily into an overseas container? For Parts2Clean, Silberhorn has turned the container idea into a program and uses an overseas container as an exhibition stand. Surprisingly, there is not only room for a Silberhorn MWS with EMC package ready for demonstration, but also a small trade fair bar with coffees, drinks and an inviting ambience for expert discussions.
On board: the service team
Representatives of the service team will also be traveling to Stuttgart – together with a great trade fair offer. So a visit to stand A28 is definitely worthwhile!
With strong partners on site
The Silberhorn parts cleaning experts from the Sales, Service and Development departments are looking forward to exciting discussions with numerous visitors and to a successful Parts2Clean 2023. With the knowledge and expertise of more than 30 years, the team will be available in Hall 10, Booth A28, to answer all questions about industrial parts cleaning. Silberhorn will be supported by ILG + SULZBERGER from Stuttgart - one of Silberhorn's sales partners.
