Our whistleblower portal is available to all employees of the Maschinenbau Silberhorn GmbH and external third parties as an additional channel to report serious violations, particularly in the areas of economic crime (e.g. corruption, theft, embezzlement, money laundering), human rights, discrimination, sexual harassment and violations of antitrust law or data protection, or to seek advice on these topics. Our whistleblower portal allows a confidential, anonymous dialogue if desired and secured by special encryption with our compliance contact. As an employee, you should – if possible – first address your concerns to people in your immediate work environment, e.g. your manager or human resources manager.
