High quality and continuable precision are crucial for successful manufacture of components. For this reason, at Silberhorn quality assurance starts long before the manufacture of the product: we place great importance on assured processes during the procurement of materials, all the way to the development of the individual manufacturing programmes, and the layout of technical processes.

Qualified staff inspect the components during and after the manufacture of the product by means of comprehensive measuring instrumentation, and thus maintain constant high quality.

For this purpose, our lab is equipped with a state-of-the-art coordinate measuring device for the measurement of axially symmetrical components, in addition to the common measuring instrumentation such as electronic gages, depth angles, etc..
