At parts2clean 2025, Silberhorn Maschinenbau GmbH will once again showcase state-of-the-art cleaning technology, practical special solutions and a wide range of advanced concepts – for instance relating to sustainability, automation, (high pressure) deburring and high purity applications. The wide ranging machinery portfolio of Silberhorn includes compact cleaning units all the way to customised special systems for complex requirements – the MWS 6 chamber cleaning system and the compact TWS mobile cleaning unit are among the live exhibits at the fair.

The Silberhorn MWS 6 will be introduced to the general public for the first time. It is the big sister of the popular MWS 4 – even more efficient, larger and more flexible. The chamber cleaning system is equipped with an innovative 8-fold swivel unit, allowing for top cleaning quality with reduced usage of resources. It boasts a high load capacity and volume – ideal for operations with high throughput or rising demands. Thanks to about 40 different options, the system can be adapted perfectly to meet individual requirements. What is more, it can be delivered at short notice, arrives pre-assembled at the customer's location and thus can be operated in no time.

With the TWS, Silberhorn provides a compact solution for automatic cleaning of tools directly within the production cycle. It reliably removes coolants, oils, greases and chips – all without any intermediate manual steps. The TWS boosts efficiency and frees up valuable time for technicians.
Silberhorn has been developing individual special machines for decades – from rotary tables all the way to robot cells. As a special highlight in Stuttgart, Silberhorn will present a project recently realised together with Stäubli fluid connectors, in which a robot grips the cleaning tools rather than the component – a new approach to automated cleaning.

Reworked components often only need to be cleaned again in certain places. Silberhorn has designed a clever solution for this purpose: a kind of “hood” that only covers the dirty area. This allows for pinpointed cleaning and drying – even with varying component geometries.

Cleaning at only 40 °C instead of the usual 60°C saves energy, reduces emissions and improves process times – but also presents new challenges. In cooperation with DST Chemicals, Silberhorn will shed light on the limitations and possibilities of this technology.

In 2025, DST-Chemicals will not have its own stand but will be part of the Silberhorn exhibit (Hall 10, D20). As a strong partner in terms of chemicals, DST works closely with Silberhorn. Contact persons from DST-CHEMICALS will be available on site for questions, discussions and new ideas. Simply ask for DST-CHEMICALS employees at the stand or at the desk.
In addition to machinery, Silberhorn also provides cleaning services – e. g. for transitions, small quantities or as a backup with residual dirt analyses in our in-house laboratory. Thomas Humpmayer, Head of Contract Cleaning & Laboratory, is the contact person. He will be available at the stand every day.
Special requirements call for special solutions. The Silberhorn team will also be happy to answer questions from parts2clean visitors about these tricky cases. “In certain cases, conventional processes are not effective“, says Silberhorn Sales Manager, Dieter Abler, “this is where our know-how is needed to find the perfect synergy of mechanics, water and chemistry for the respective component. We are already excited for the tasks that will be presented to us during the fair.”
